Fruit for our Early Light range of wines is harvested early to capture optimum flavour ripeness whilst reducing the levels of naturally occurring sugar which then converts to less alcohol. With special winemaking techniques, the result is a lighter in alcohol style of wine perfect for those occasions you need less, for more.
